Jim & Lindsey. . .
If you ever decide to get married in Greece, as we did after getting engaged in the beautiful village of Kardamili last year, then there are certainly a lot of bureaucratic hoops to jump through, with translations and certificates and so on. However, help is at hand! Julie guided us through every stage of the process and made everything simple for us. She got us started with a simple list of documents we would need and off we went. She really did make it stress free for us, but this was only a small part of the service provided. From the cake and flowers, to transport and reception food, Julie took care of everything.
We had a fantastic day. We had 40 friends and family over from (mostly) Scotland, and they were gathered at Kardamili Town Hall in their finest attire! Then we headed back to the fantastic sea facing terrace at the stylish Anniska/Liakoto Hotel, where most of our guests were staying. Champagne flowed and much wonderful Greek food was scoffed, before everyone retired for a well deserved siesta.
We started the festivities again in the evening at the taverna in Kardamili, which Julie had prepared in advance with place settings and our wedding colours of white and yellow - it looked fantastic, and was so atmospheric as the sun went down over the mountains! The food and music were wonderful, and if anyone wants to look at 'Anniska' on Tripadvisor, you will see Julie (in red) starting off the Greek dancing!!!!!
Thank you for making our wedding so special. We had an amazing time, and we so appreciate all of your considerable efforts and attention to detail, and for allowing us to have the wedding we had always dreamed of, with someone else doing all the hard work and taking away all of the stress!
We hope that other couples are lucky enough to have you as their wedding planner and that they have as brilliant a wedding day as we had. We would unreservedly recommend you to anyone considering a wedding in The Mani.
