Located on the seafront, Anniska exudes an old world charm with a unique and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel has 22 fully-furnished apartments and studios offering comfort, privacy and character; all rooms have a view to the Mediterranean or to the Taygetos Mountain range – or to both. The hotel is situated in the heart of Kardamili village, but is tucked within the quiet privacy of a very pretty cul-de-sac. Our small constellation of lodgings is set within a discreet 2-storey complex with a homely façade. Picture-postcard courtyards, flowers, fruit trees and small palms decorate this small avenue that offers the best in traditional self-catering accommodation: spacious, warmly-decorated and serviced guestrooms with fully-equipped kitchenettes, en suite bathrooms, independent air-conditioning, telephone, and furnished private balconies/verandas with fantastic sea/mountain views. Hotel Liakotò . . .

Built in a traditional style, Liakoto is a luxurious modern building with a magnificent swimming pool and views looking out onto the Messinian Bay and Taygetos Mountains. Liakoto has 25 fully-furnished apartments and studios – including 2 penthouse suites – which all have either spectacular seafront views of the Messinian Bay or stunning sea and mountain views. The hotel is located just around the corner from Anniska Hotel and Kardamili village high street on a very pretty and peaceful seaside promenade. The rooms are set within an elegant 2-storey complex that has a traditional stone exterior. Picture-postcard gardens and olive groves colour this tiny avenue that offers the top in traditional self-catering accommodation: spacious, warmly-decorated and serviced guestrooms with fully-equipped kitchenettes, en suite bathrooms, independent air-conditioning, telephone, television, and furnished private balconies/verandas with views that directly overlook the Mediterranean and/or the surrounding countryside. Liakoto penthouse suite features a separate sitting room and 2 bedrooms with a combination of single and double beds, fully-equipped kitchenette (with refrigerator and electric hob), 2 en suite bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi bath), air-conditioning, telephone, TV and furnished private balcony with sea views. Room-cleaning service is twice weekly, with a change of sheets and towels.

Anniska & Liakoto are family-run. Both hotels were built and managed for many years by Fotis Paliatseas and his wife Anna. Recently, their son Ilia and his wife Geraldine moved from Australia to Kardamili, drawn back by their love for the region and its people.
